This task also includes <br />submission of the plat for review and making revisions per review comments but does not include submission <br />or recordation fees. These fees can be billed as a reimbursable expense. The fee includes setting iron rods. <br /> <br />Exclusions – Field locating wetland/stream flags, subdivision platting, offsite surveys, ALTA, tree surveys <br />Task S05 - Annexation Plat and Description <br />Utilizing the survey data collected from task items S01 Timmons group shall prepare an annexation plat and <br />description for the property acceptable to Planning Department. The plat and description will be based upon <br />the Boundary Survey as completed by Timmons Group and the record deed information. The annexation <br />plat and description will be stamped and sealed by a professional Land Surveyor licensed by the State of <br />North Carolina. <br />This task does not include the Governmental intake, processing, review, approval or recording fees, all <br />Governmental fees are the responsibility of the client. <br />Client Responsibilities <br />The Client is to provide the Timmons Group Land Surveyors with complete and unencumbered access to <br />the property and adjacent properties as needed to complete the field surveying work. <br /> <br />GEOTECHNICAL SERVICES <br />Task G01 – Geotechnical Services <br />Our proposed scope of geotechnical services will consist of performing soil test borings, laboratory testing of <br />soils, and preparation of a geotechnical engineering report. At the time of this proposal, a site layout and <br />grading plan was not available. Our assumptions and proposed tasks are discussed below. <br /> <br />Assumptions <br />This geotechnical scope assumes the following conditions. If conditions vary from those assumed below <br />adjustments to the fee may be required: <br /> <br />• As the location of the site for development has not been finalized, no information is known regarding <br />tree cover. This scope assumes that no more than 3 days of clearing will be needed to access boring <br />locations.
