Revised 01/24 <br />1 <br /> [Departmental Use Only] <br /> TITLE Solid Waste EV <br /> FY 2024-2025 <br />NORTH CAROLINA <br /> SERVICES AGREEMENT NO RFP/RFQ <br /> <br />ORANGE COUNTY <br /> <br /> This Services Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”), made and entered into this 9th day of <br />October, 2024, (“Effective Date”) by and between Orange County, North Carolina a political <br />subdivision of the State of North Carolina (hereinafter, the "County") and Clint Wilson Electric, <br />Inc , (hereinafter, the "Provider"). <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> That the County and Provider, for the consideration herein named, do hereby agree as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. Services <br /> <br />a. Scope of Work. <br /> <br />i) This Agreement is for services to be rendered by Provider to County with respect <br />to (insert type of project): Install 3 EV Charging Stations at Solid Waste and 1 EV <br />Charging StationOrange County Solid Waste Building ) Furnish and install (3 ) <br />Level 2 40 amp EV chargers. Demo existing sidewalk as required for installation. <br />Excavate ditch for electrical conduits. Install electrical conduits and wiring for <br />chargers. Dig footings for EV charger bases. Backfill and tamp ditch . Electrical <br />Provide stone for ditch under sidewalk. Pour concrete for footings and sidewalk. <br />Provide (2) curb bumpers. Complete electrical construction for EV chargers and <br />install chargers. (3) 40 amp Ev chargers with pedestal base and 25 ft. cord. Provide <br />dumpster for concrete and dirt at the Solid Waste Scalehouse. Orange County Scale <br />House ) Furnish and install (1) Level 2 40 amp EV charger. Demo existing <br />sidewalk as required for construction. Excavate ditch for electrical conduit Install <br />electrical conduit and wiring for charger. Dig footing for charger base. Backfill and <br />tamp ditch. Provide stone for ditch under sidewalk. Pour concrete for footing and <br />sidewalk Complete electrical construction for EV charger and install charger. (1) 40 <br />amp EV charger with pedestal base and 25 ft. cord. Material and labor Provide <br />dumpster for concrete and dirt.Please See Attached quote dated October 2, 2024. <br /> <br />ii) By executing this Agreement, the Provider represents and agrees that Provider is <br />qualified to perform and fully capable of performing and providing the services <br />required or necessary under this Agreement in a fully competent, professional and <br />timely manner. <br /> <br />iii) Time is of the essence with respect to this Agreement. <br /> <br />iv) The services to be performed under this Agreement consist of Basic Services, as <br />described and designated in Section 3 hereof.
