Deficit/Surplus 2023 was the first year since the pandemic that we have shown a modest <br />surplus - and actually two years ahead of our original projected recovery. <br />W e are paying interest only on our 30-year/$75,000 SBA loan rather than <br />paying down principal at this time because, with interest rates high, we <br />benefit from having the interest income and access to the funds while <br />paying a very low interest rate on the debt.
