The parties hereto further agree in all respects to conform to <br />the provision and intent of Orange County Civil Rights Ordinance, as amended, and <br />the Orange County Anti-discrimination Policy. This provision is enforced by action for <br />specific performance, injunctive relief, or other remedy as by law provided; this <br />provision shall be binding on the grantees, the successors and assigns of the parties <br />hereto with reference to the above subject manner. <br />Tommy Green and William Elmore, the owners of SWIT (Success While in Transition), <br />are <br />contracted by the board of Reentry House Plus to oversee the house and administer <br />programming that is central to our mission to assist formerly incarcerated people to <br />successfully reintegrate back into the community. SWIT answers directly to the <br />Program Subcommittee made up of the President and the Chair of the Strategic <br />Planning Committee and is ultimately accountable to the RHP Board of <br />Directors. Recently - Liza Urena, who is a member of our Board - joined SWIT to <br />provide needed organizational restructuring. She is an employee of SWIT who <br />receives $500/month from SWIT to do this work. RHP increased SWIT's previous <br />monthly stipend by $500/month - out of non-County funds - to manage this cost.
