We had a total of 15 men transitioning through the house with 5 leaving early, 5 completing the program and leaving for other housing with employment, and 5 living in the house with employment or diability insurance. Goal 2. SWIT Training We had 46 men and women enroll in SWIT classes at the house. Of that number 29 completed their course. Goal 3. This is a new goal for 2023-24 Goal 1. We have a full house of 5 men with very little turnover. We have had to deal with the tragic shooting of one of the residents, but all who were there continued at the house with additional support from SWIT. Goal 2. We had to suspend ourtside SWIT classes in August to concentrate on the men in the house. We resumed SWIT classes for the men in the house in November and will resume all classes in the first week of February. 50% Goal 3. N/A and Living Healthy classes were strong last year and A/A was held virtually for the men in the house. 80% Goal 1. We fully expect to keep the house full and find that our newly strengthened Peer Support and SWIT program and better outreach with the staff at OCC prior to accepting men ready for our program will cut down on any turnover. We expect more 12 month "graduates". Goal 2. We will begin a more robust version of the SWIT program next year that will include Peer Support Specialists and more in-depth classes. We expect 40 graduates from this new program. Goal 3. We are excited to build on the systems that we had in place at the beginning of last year and which we have reexamined and are strenghening for next year.
