Artist fees for filmmakers whose work is selected for the screening <br />programs, <br />2. Honoraria, travel, and accommodation for visiting filmmakers and media <br />artists, with priority given to artists working in North Carolina and artists <br />participating in the live-cinema performance program. <br />3. Venue rental for in-person festival screenings and live-cinema <br />performance, <br />4.
