How will the <br />project/program be <br />publicized and <br />promoted to reach <br />intended <br />participants? <br />The assemblies will be part of the school day routine. All students present <br />on the assembly days will attend the performances. <br />How will you <br />evaluate the success <br />of the program? <br />W hile it can be difficult to quantify joy and engagement, this year we <br />included questions in an end of the year teacher survey to see if they felt <br />that the grant supported assemblies provided joy and cultural enrichment to <br />their students. Overwhelmingly positive responses were received that led <br />the PTA to believe that the program was successful.
