All General, <br />Supplementary and Special Conditions, etc., as originally specified or as modified below shall apply to these items. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Changes to General Specifications: <br />1. Specification 005200 Bid/Acceptance Form Clarification: <br />Base Bid (Motor Pool Scope) The contractor shall provide a price for all material and labor associated with <br />the Motor Pool Building Work. <br />Alternate #1 (Administration Building Scope) The contractor shall provide a price for all material and labor <br />associated with the Administration Building Work. <br />Alternate #2 (Maintenance Facility Scope) The contractor shall provide a price for all material and labor <br />associated with the Maintenance Facility Work. <br /> <br />2. Specification 012100 <br />a. Allowances Schedule 1.03.A – Revise Contingency Allowance to indicate $25,000. <br /> <br />3. Specification 012300 <br />a.
