Additionally, the concert will be listed on CVNC and <br />Chapelboro, and MYCO will advertise the concert on local radio stations. <br />How will you <br />evaluate the success <br />of the program? <br />MYCO sends surveys to its participants and their families after each <br />project. The surveys ask project participants to rate, on a scale of 1 to 5, <br />their 1) overall experience, 2) musical experience, 3) chamber music <br />coaching experience, 4) chamber orchestra experience, 5) special activity <br />experience, 6) anything you wish would be different, 7) level of <br />accessibility, 8) multicultural relevance, 9) any suggestiosn or comments. <br />In addition to the participant experience survey feedback, the Artistic <br />Directors present an activities report to the Board of Directors thrice <br />annually.
