Contractual Liability is amended to include the <br /> following: <br /> <br /> (3) <br /> named insured for their liability assumed in a contract or agreement regarding the rental <br /> or lease of a premises on behalf of their client, up to $50,000. This insurance is excess over any other valid and collectible <br /> insurance available to the insured whether primary, excess or contingent. <br /> <br />D.
