Orange County, NC <br /> <br />On-Premise OnCall Dispatch Implementation <br />Statement of Work 4 <br />“Mobile Core Team” should consist of, at a minimum, the following resources with the corresponding <br />qualifications: <br /> Patrol / Firefighter – This person is an active member of the patrol / operational division of the <br />agency. They are tasked with responding to calls for service, field-initiated activities like traffic <br />stops or inspections, and other duties in patrol / operations. This person should not be technology <br />averse. They should embrace the use of technology and seek to find ways to leverage it to their <br />benefit in their daily duties. <br /> Patrol Supervisor / Fire Supervisor – This person is an active member of the patrol / <br />operational division of the agency and responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of <br />patrol members or of a specific station/apparatus crew. This person is typically a rank of Sergeant <br />or above in law enforcement and lieutenant or above in Fire/EMS, although actual rank structure <br />in agencies may vary. <br /> Investigations / Detective / Fire Marshal – This person is an active member of the <br />investigations division or fire marshal’s office and has primary responsibility for long-term case <br />work or other fire-related investigations. <br /> Command Staff – This person is an active member of the command staff at the agency. This <br />person is typically a rank of Captain or higher in law enforcement or battalion chief or higher in fire <br />departments, although actual rank structure in agencies may vary. <br /> Decision Maker – This person has authority, either by role or designation, to make decisions on <br />behalf of the agency or agencies OnCall Dispatch Mobile Unit or Mobile is serving pertaining to <br />the configuration of OnCall Dispatch mobile products. <br />The ideal size of the Mobile Core Team is six (6) members. Under no circumstances shall the Mobile <br />Core Team be larger than twelve (12) members. <br />It is possible to have a Mobile Core Team duplicated for different responder roles, such as a law <br />enforcement Mobile Core Team and a Fire Mobile Core Team. <br />Project Assumptions <br />The following list of assumptions and Customer responsibilities reflect Hexagon’s understanding of the <br />Project. Changes in any of the assumptions and Customer responsibilities will affect the scope, Project <br />Schedule, and/or cost of the Project. <br />Agreement and Schedule Assumptions <br /> The Agreement has been executed by both parties and the Customer has provided either a notice <br />to proceed or PO. <br /> Hexagon and the Customer will review the SOW and determine a mutually agreeable date for the <br />Services to be performed. <br /> The Customer shall perform its assigned responsibilities as identified within the Initial Project <br />Schedule (Attachment C) and Project Schedule developed as part of Task 1 in the time allotted. If <br />the Customer does not reasonably comply with the Project Schedule, Hexagon is permitted with <br />written notice to suspend its performance on this Project and redeploy its resources on other <br />active projects until the Parties determine a mutually agreed upon date to re-start the Project. At <br />that time, a new Project Schedule will be provided. <br /> Hexagon will have timely access to the applicable members of the Core Teams and other <br />Customer Project staff in accordance with the Project Schedule.
