<br /> <br />Statement of Work 1 <br />Introduction <br />This Statement of Work, including the attachments hereto, provided by Intergraph Corporation by and <br />through its Hexagon Safety, Infrastructure & Geospatial division (“Hexagon”) to Orange County <br />Emergency Services (“Customer”) describes the Products and Services that will be provided to implement <br />an integrated computer aided dispatch (“CAD”) system and mobile system for the Customer (the <br />“Project”) in exchange for payment of the amount set forth in the Quote (which is included as Attachment <br />A). This SOW sets forth the Products and Services Hexagon will provide as well as each Party’s <br />responsibilities and obligations to implement the Products. Except as otherwise provided herein, <br />capitalized terms shall have the meaning set forth in Attachment I (Glossary of Terms) hereto. <br />The Software provided by Hexagon will be the HxGN OnCall Dispatch Advantage Subsystem (“HxGN <br />OnCall Dispatch System” or “OnCall Dispatch”). <br />This Statement of Work is made pursuant to and governed by GSA Contract #47QTCA18D003G (the <br />GSA Contract”). <br />Purpose <br />The SOW guides the Tasks and Activities for the Project. It documents Project implementation <br />requirements, identifies each Task within the implementation process, sets expectations for each Party, <br />and identifies the Task Acceptance Criteria. <br />The SOW includes and incorporates the following Attachments: <br /> Attachment A – Pricing Summary <br /> Attachment B – Payment Schedule <br /> Attachment C – Initial Project Schedule <br /> Attachment D – Training Curriculum <br /> Attachment E – OnCall Dispatch Specifications <br /> Attachment F – System Configuration Diagram <br /> Attachment G – CAD/Mobile Functional Specifications Matrix <br /> Attachment H – Interface Descriptions <br /> Attachment I – Glossary of Terms <br /> Attachment J – GIS Requirements <br /> Attachment K – Warranty <br /> Attachment L – Regional Provisions <br /> Attachment L-1 – CJIS Security Addendum <br /> Attachment M – Special Terms and Conditions <br />The remainder of this section details Project assumptions that impact the Project cost, schedule and <br />scope, Project team composition, and Project management responsibilities. <br />Each Task identified in this SOW includes the following, as necessary: Task Description, Task <br />Deliverables, Task Prerequisites, Task Assumptions, Hexagon/Customer Team Participation and <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 463E937D-8F02-4D22-9EEA-B2B50627D9E0Docusign Envelope ID: DE681D27-7D55-4FB6-8C51-9394D26FBC9E
