Physical Infrastructure Installation <br />Task Description <br />This Task involves Customer physically installing the servers and storage into the datacenter and the <br />configuration of the physical servers and storage that will host the virtual environment. <br />Task Deliverables <br /> Customer staging of the physical infrastructure <br />Task Prerequisites <br /> Project equipment is ordered and received. <br /> Customer must have the license keys for their hypervisor, SQL developer and Windows software. <br />If such license keys were purchased by Hexagon for Customer, then Customer will have received <br />an email and shall have downloaded these license keys. <br /> The Customer has completed the Infrastructure Build Document provided by Hexagon which <br />includes a list of server names and IPs and service account requirements and other various <br />information. <br />Task Assumptions <br /> New servers will be created\provided for staging the Hexagon software and are for the sole <br />purpose of Hexagon Software and will not serve other roles. <br />Hexagon Team Responsibilities <br />Hexagon shall: <br /> Provide the VMware based VM templates, if desired, to the customer via electronic download <br />(FTP, File copy, etc.). There will be two (2) files totaling approximately 30GB; and <br /> Assist the Customer with importing the Hexagon-provided templates to the templates datastore. <br />All VMs will be created from these templates. <br />Customer Team Responsibilities <br />Customer shall: <br /> At each site: <br /> Provide Rack Space for the server equipment; <br /> Provide Power in the rack; <br /> Provide Network connections for the provided equipment on the appropriate VLANs; <br /> Provide adequate cooling for the servers; <br /> Provide required server names and IPs for all of the equipment; <br /> Provide domain level credentials to join servers to the domain; <br /> Provide assistance with resolving issues related to network connectivity and\or remote access; <br /> Perform the physical installation of the Project equipment in Customer datacenter or location <br />specified in advance by Customer; <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 463E937D-8F02-4D22-9EEA-B2B50627D9E0Docusign Envelope ID: DE681D27-7D55-4FB6-8C51-9394D26FBC9E
