Orange County, NC <br /> <br />On-Premise OnCall Dispatch Implementation <br />Statement of Work 123 <br />Attachment L – Regional Provisions <br />The following terms, including any sub-attachments to this Attachment L, modify provisions set forth <br />above to accommodate regional requirements. To the extent there is any conflict between the terms <br />specified below and the terms set forth in the remainder of the SOW, the following shall control. <br />1. A Business Day includes up to eight (8) Business Hours, including breaks, during a twenty-four <br />(24) hour period. <br />2. Upon Customer request, Hexagon personnel may undergo a criminal background check <br />consisting of biographical information necessary to initiate an NCIC query and fingerprinting. To <br />the extent the Customer requires Hexagon personnel to undergo such criminal background <br />check, the Customer shall arrange for such criminal background check and fingerprinting and be <br />responsible for all costs associated with the criminal background check and fingerprinting. Any <br />remote personnel shall only be required to provide biographical information necessary to initiate a <br />NCIC query and a fingerprint card completed by any law enforcement agency. <br />3. Per CJIS security policy, customers who wish to access U.S. national databases using mobile <br />devices must use data encryption that is FIPS 140-2 certified and meets other CJIS <br />requirements.
