Orange County, NC <br /> <br />On-Premise OnCall Dispatch Implementation <br />Statement of Work 115 <br />Attachment I – Glossary of Terms <br />Capitalized terms that are not defined below or within the body of the SOW, shall have the same meaning <br />as set forth in the Master Terms Glossary. <br />“Acceptance” to mean acceptance of a Task in accordance with Task Acceptance Process. <br />“Agreement” shall have the same meaning as set forth under the header “Terms and Conditions.” <br />“Benchmark Criteria” or “Specifications” means the objective criteria which identifies an intended <br />outcome as reflected in, as applicable, an ICD, a Design Document, or Software Requirements <br />(whichever document having last addressed the functionality in question being dispositive) <br />“Blocker Defect” means a Test Case has failed to satisfy the Benchmark Criteria that would correspond <br />to a Level One Defect or Level Two Defect, or a Level One or Level Two Defect. <br />“Code Freeze” means a point in the Project where Customer may not make any change, configuration <br />change, or other modification to the Software implemented as part of the Project. <br />“Core Team(s)” means all of the respective Subsystem Core Teams pertaining to the Project, which <br />depending on the Project will collectively include: the Dispatch Core Team, and the Mobile Core Team(s). <br />“COTS Interfaces” means those Interfaces specifically identified in COTS Interface Questionnaire <br />Completion Task in the SOW <br />“Customer Responsibilities” means (1) those specific tasks and obligations identified in the SOW as <br />being the responsibility of the Customer and (2) those obligations, not stated in the SOW, but which <br />would otherwise be reasonably considered as being Customer obligations and responsibilities. <br />“Custom Interfaces” means those Interfaces specifically identified in the applicable Task <br />“Customization” means a modification of the source code of Software. <br />“Cutover Plan” means a document reflecting the Activities and actions necessary to Cutover the <br />System. <br />“Design Document” means a document articulating the design and intended output of a Customization. <br />“Documentation” means, whether in printed or electronic format, all documents (digital or hardcopy) <br />delivered by Hexagon as part of the Project. Unless otherwise specified, it shall mean COTS <br />Documentation. <br />“End User License Agreement” means the End User License Agreement set forth at <br />https://legaldocs.hexagon.com/sig/Licenses/EULA_SA_SIG-Eng_062023.pdf, which is incorporated by <br />reference herein. <br />“Facility” means a Customer provided facility/building/room that: (i) Can accommodate up to twelve (12) <br />Customer participants; (ii) Has a projector and screen for displaying the content being presented, (iii) has <br />Project Workstations for each participant; and a Customer workstation available for Hexagon’s use while <br />in the Facility. <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 463E937D-8F02-4D22-9EEA-B2B50627D9E0Docusign Envelope ID: DE681D27-7D55-4FB6-8C51-9394D26FBC9E
