Orange County, NC <br /> <br />On-Premise OnCall Dispatch Implementation <br />Statement of Work 113 <br />Query to OneSolution CAD <br />Hexagon will develop a query interface to the Customer’s legacy OneSolution CAD via the Informer <br />interface. Queries supported include Person (by name/date of birth or OLN), Vehicle (by plate or VIN), <br />and Location (street address or commonplace name). <br />Assumptions: <br /> The system supports an ODBC connection, SQL-based inquiries or HTTP/REST connection. <br /> The Customer will provide the exact SQL or GET syntax for the three inquiries listed. This is <br />required during the Custom Interface Requirements Gathering Task. <br /> Nested inquiries are excluded. <br /> Images are excluded. <br /> Test records will be provided by the Customer/Legacy CAD system technical point of contact. <br />This is required during the Custom Interface Requirements Gathering Task. <br /> Test records will return production-equivalent response data. <br /> Response examples will be provided during the Custom Interface Requirements Gathering Task. <br /> A test connection/environment will be obtained by the Customer before the scheduled interface <br />delivery milestone. <br />Query to OneSolution RMS <br />Hexagon will develop a query interface to the Customer’s OneSolution RMS via the informer interface. <br />Assumptions: <br /> The following inquiries are included: <br /> Person Inquiry by (NAM, DOB, SEX) or (OLN), State <br /> Vehicle Inquiry by (LIC), State <br /> Gun Inquiry by SER, MAKE, Caliber, Model <br /> Article/Property Inquiry by SER, MAKE, MODEL <br /> The system supports an ODBC connection, SQL-based inquiries. <br /> The Customer will provide the exact SQL for the inquiries listed. This is required during the <br />Custom Interface Requirements Gathering Task. <br /> Nested inquiries / follow up inquiries are excluded. <br /> Images are excluded. <br /> Test records will be provided by the customer/ ODBC system technical point of contact.
