Orange County, NC

On-Premise OnCall Dispatch Implementation
Statement of Work 102
Explicit sign on and sign off using authorizations defined in the OnCall database
Transaction level security, which verifies user authorization for each query type
Hit detection that allows responses to be searched for specific text. If found, notifications can be
automatically distributed based on configurable designations
Informer currently supports XML responses in TCP/IP packets.
Assumptions:
Implementation of the CommSys provider requires at a minimum the purchase of the CommSys
ConnectCIC module and CommSys' Real Time Data Mining (RTDM) feature.
Additional provider implementations can be developed through extra services.
The connection to a state or national database may require additional hardware and
software. Connection through TCP/IP or Web Site is highly preferred.
Each distinct provider requires OnCall Dispatch | Informer implementation installation and
configuration services.
A single license supports a given site. However, each distinct database connection requires
custom OnCall Dispatch | Informer implementation development services.
HxGN OnCall Dispatch | Fire Station Printing
For Rip and Run
The OnCall Dispatch | Fire Station Printing (FSP) Interface provides support for remote fire station turnout
by printing run cards when units from a station are dispatched. The product can also be configured to
print incident summary reports when units from a station are cleared from an incident.
Assumptions:
Hexagon assumes that the connection method for FSP is one of the currently supported
connection methods and not through the radio system.
The printer may be connected to a PC that is on the OnCall network or it may be a standalone
printer directly connected to the OnCall network. In either case the printer should be dedicated to
printing run-cards since there is no provision for interrupting the printer to print a run-card if it is
being used for other purposes.
Each distinct implementation to a different controller requires a separate copy of FSP and the
associated services.
FSP requires Xalt Integration as a prerequisite.
Constraints:
The Customer is responsible for providing any phone lines, modems, printers, PCs (in the fire station), or
network hardware as needed.
HxGN OnCall Dispatch | ProQA
The OnCall Dispatch | ProQA Interface for Paramount application is a protocol-based product that
provides a standard certified set of determination questions and answers that Police, Fire and EMS can
use to identify the necessary resources required when responding to an event. OnCall Dispatch | ProQA
Interface for Paramount is an add-in to the OnCall Dispatch | Call-Taker application (included with OnCall
Dispatch Advantage).
Docusign Envelope ID: 463E937D-8F02-4D22-9EEA-B2B50627D9E0Docusign Envelope ID: DE681D27-7D55-4FB6-8C51-9394D26FBC9E
