COTS Interface Questionnaire Completion <br />Task Description <br />Hexagon will provide an interface questionnaire (“COTS Interface Questionnaire”) to the Customer to <br />complete. The Customer shall complete the COTS Interface Questionnaire within five (5) Business Days <br />of receipt (“COTS Interface Review Period”) whereupon Hexagon will be able to install the COTS <br />Interface and configure it based upon the information provided in the COTS Interface Questionnaire <br />subject to the functionality and features within the COTS version of the Interface. <br />The following Interfaces are regarded as the COTS Interfaces (collectively, "COTS Interfaces”): <br /> ANI/ALI Interface (included with HxGN OnCall Dispatch | Advantage) <br /> HxGN ONCall Dispatch | ProQA <br /> HxGN OnCall Dispatch | Informer <br /> HxGN OnCall Dispatch | Fire Station Printing <br /> HxGN OnCall Dispatch | CAD Link <br /> HxGN OnCall Dispatch | Fire Link <br /> HxGN OnCall Dispatch | Tracker CCU <br /> HxGN OnCall Dispatch | Notifications <br /> Avigilon VMS Interface <br />For more information on, parameters of, and assumptions underlying the COTS Interfaces, see <br />Attachment H, Interface Descriptions. <br />Task Deliverables <br /> Completed COTS Interface Questionnaires <br />Task Prerequisites <br /> Project Kickoff Meeting Task is complete. <br /> Hexagon has submitted COTS Interface Questionnaires to Customer. <br />Task Assumptions <br /> The Customer will direct its third-party vendors to provide any API or specification documentation <br />required to configure the COTS Interfaces. <br /> If required, all NDAs between Hexagon and third parties will be executed and current. The <br />Customer will exercise all reasonable efforts to facilitate its third-party vendors reasonable <br />cooperation with this requirement. <br /> The Customer will exercise all reasonable efforts to facilitate cooperation and information from its <br />third-party vendors and/or state agency as reasonably necessary for the configuration, testing, <br />and Cutover of the COTS Interfaces. <br /> Unless otherwise provided in the Specifications, only COTS versions of the COTS Interfaces will <br />be provided and configured. <br /> The Customer shall be responsible for underlying requirements pertaining to its third-party <br />systems as described in Attachment H. <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 463E937D-8F02-4D22-9EEA-B2B50627D9E0Docusign Envelope ID: DE681D27-7D55-4FB6-8C51-9394D26FBC9E
