Orange County, NC <br /> <br />On-Premise OnCall Dispatch Implementation <br />Statement of Work 10 <br /> The Core Team has reviewed this SOW. <br />Task Assumptions <br /> The Hexagon Project Manager will conduct the kickoff. <br /> This task will be conducted on site. <br /> Some members of the Hexagon Project Team may participate remotely. <br /> The Dynamo e-learning subscription commences during this Task and lasts for a duration of <br />twelve (12) months from the date issued. <br />Hexagon Team Participation and Responsibilities <br />Hexagon shall: <br /> Review the Project organization, roles, and responsibilities with the Customer; <br /> Conduct an overview of the Project including a review of the SOW to verify all aspects of the <br />Project approach; <br /> Review the draft Updated Initial Project Schedule and adjust the Updated Initial Project Schedule <br />as needed and mutually agree upon it with Customer; <br /> Work with Customer to identify and document any potential Project risks; <br /> Provide meeting minutes that document risks and action items that affect the Project Schedule, <br />resources, and/or the SOW; <br /> Inform the Customer of VPN requirements for Project implementation and continued System <br />maintenance; <br /> Review of delivery methodology; <br /> Provide the Dynamo e-learning licenses for use by the Customer Core Team; <br /> Establish status reporting requirements; and <br /> Provide overview of Standard Interfaces being delivered as part of the Project as identified in <br />Attachment H. <br /> Provide detailed schema definition <br />Customer Team Participation and Responsibilities <br />Customer shall: <br /> Review the SOW; <br /> Ensure its Core Teams attend the applicable portions of the Kickoff Meeting; <br /> Provide SMEs and any other resources as recommended by the Customer and Hexagon Project <br />Managers; <br /> Provide Hexagon with VPN access and individualized user accounts to Customer’s System as <br />appropriate for this Project and continued software maintenance; <br /> Have previously reviewed the Updated Initial Project Schedule and work with Hexagon to finalize <br />the Updated Initial Project Schedule; <br /> Provide location and logistical support for Kickoff Meeting; and <br /> Designate and prepare workspace for Hexagon personnel. <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 463E937D-8F02-4D22-9EEA-B2B50627D9E0Docusign Envelope ID: DE681D27-7D55-4FB6-8C51-9394D26FBC9E
