Orange County, NC <br /> <br />On-Premise OnCall Dispatch Implementation <br />Statement of Work 9 <br />Planning Phase <br />1. Project Kickoff Meeting <br />Task Description <br />The objective of this Task is to discuss and address questions regarding Project Assumptions, discuss <br />the updated Initial Project Schedule and agree to it at the meeting or shortly thereafter, and all <br />requirements are understood prior to beginning any significant work. A meeting for Project Kickoff will be <br />held after the SOW has been fully executed. The Project Kickoff meeting will be scheduled by each <br />party’s Project Manager as part of Project Initiation Activities. <br />Prior to the Kickoff Meeting and after written acceptance of the Agreement, the Hexagon Project Manager <br />will contact the Customer Project Manager to identify the Project Start date and coordinate scheduling the <br />Kickoff Meeting. The Project Kickoff Meeting shall last no more than one (1) Business Day. <br />During this Task, the Parties shall confirm the updated Initial Project Schedule as updated by the <br />Hexagon Project Manager. The resulting updated Initial Project Schedule shall be substantially similar in <br />durations as that provided within Attachment C. Prior to the Project Kickoff Meeting Task, the Customer <br />Project Manager shall have reviewed the updated Initial Project Schedule and be in a position to <br />succinctly identify any needed changes understanding material extensions of the Initial Project Schedule <br />may require additional Hexagon Services to be added via a Change Order. Once the list of changes has <br />been made to the updated Initial Project Schedule by the Hexagon Project Manager, the Hexagon Project <br />Manager will thereafter provide the Project Schedule to the Customer Project Manager. From time to <br />time, the Parties’ Project Managers may modify the Project Schedule upon mutual written consent or <br />upon transmission of an updated Project Schedule to the Customer Project Manager as part of a status <br />report and the Customer Project Manager offers no objection to the updated Project Schedule within five <br />(5) Business Days thereafter. <br />At the Project Kickoff Meeting, the Customer shall provide: (i) contact information for all members of its <br />Core Team and Executive/Departmental Sponsor, (ii) proposed alterations to the updated Initial Project <br />Schedule, (iii) contact information for any third-party vendors which OnCall will integrate as contemplated <br />in Attachment H, and (iv) identify to Hexagon any perceived concerns or risks with the Project.
