Orange County, NC <br /> <br />On-Premise OnCall Dispatch Implementation <br />Statement of Work 8 <br />Project Tasks <br />Project Initiation <br />Prior to the Kickoff Meeting and after execution of this SOW or Order, the Hexagon Project Manager will <br />contact the Customer Project Manager to identify the Project Start date and coordinate scheduling the <br />Kickoff Meeting. For the Project to be successful, the following initial Activities must be performed before <br />any Tasks occur: <br /> Customer shall order hardware, database software, operating system software, or other third- <br />party software (excluding Kemp Load Balancers which will be ordered by Hexagon) consistent <br />with the requirements set forth in Attachments E and F. <br /> The Hexagon Project Manager will contact the Customer Project Manager. During this initial <br />contact, the Hexagon Project Manager will: <br /> Schedule the kickoff meeting; <br /> Identify the Project Start date; <br /> Create a detailed agenda describing the goals of the kickoff meeting; <br /> Discuss any mitigating factors that could affect the Project (e.g., scheduling conflicts, <br />communication factors, and other risk factors); <br /> Schedule a conference call before the kickoff to go over the kickoff agenda; <br /> Ensure both Hexagon and Customer have appropriate Subject Matter Experts available <br />for kickoff; and <br /> Provide document titled “Infrastructure Build Document”, if not previously provided to the <br />Customer. <br /> Hexagon’s Project Manager will prepare kickoff materials. <br /> Hexagon’s Project Manager shall have updated the Initial Project Schedule and provide the draft <br />Updated Initial Project Schedule and sent a copy to the Customer Project Manager for review <br />prior to the Kickoff meeting. <br /> <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 463E937D-8F02-4D22-9EEA-B2B50627D9E0Docusign Envelope ID: DE681D27-7D55-4FB6-8C51-9394D26FBC9E
