Orange County, NC <br /> <br />On-Premise OnCall Dispatch Implementation <br />Statement of Work 6 <br /> Customer shall purchase all applicable operating systems, database licenses, and Third-Party <br />Software and ensure such operating systems, database licenses, and Third-Party Software meet <br />the minimum requirements as defined in Attachments F. <br /> HxGN OnCall Dispatch requires SQL Server 2022 Enterprise Edition (EE) with SA, which will be <br />configured in an “Always On” configuration for the Production Environment CAD database <br />servers. The test environment CAD database server requires SQL Server 2022 Developer Edition <br />(DE), and the training environment CAD database server requires SQL Server 2022 Standard <br />Edition (SE). <br /> Hexagon technology for this Project will be implemented in the Microsoft environment as specified <br />in Attachments F. <br /> Customer shall purchase, install, configure, and administer its Network Infrastructure, including, <br />but not limited to, its WAN/LAN and wireless infrastructure. Customer’s wireless infrastructure <br />shall meet minimum bandwidth requirements as stated in Attachments F. <br /> Customer shall be responsible for the wired and wireless connectivity between servers/clients and <br />clients/clients. <br /> For automatic failover to a secondary location: (i) the network latency between the site servers <br />shall be less than 10 milliseconds (ms) and (ii) load balancers must support and be configured to <br />provide automatic failover between locations (Global Server Load Balancing). <br /> Customer shall be responsible for, and purchase and maintain if necessary, any hardware and/or <br />third-party software necessary for implementing interfaces. <br /> Except as specified in this SOW, including Attachment A: Pricing Summary, Hexagon is not <br />required to provide any additional Software customizations, custom forms, forms modifications, <br />third-party software, custom interfaces, or custom reports. <br /> To the extent the Customer desires to use the Software or other deliverables provided herein in a <br />manner or in combination with software or hardware that is not certified or recommended by <br />Hexagon, then the Customer shall be solely responsible for such use. Hexagon shall not be <br />responsible for the correction of any errors, Defects, reduced performance, compromised <br />functionality, or other unintended consequences arising from such use. The Customer also shall <br />not withhold acceptance of any deliverable or the System due to such use. <br /> Customer has reviewed the SOW and acknowledges and agrees Software Requirements: (i) <br />represents all the functionality required of the System; and (ii) is the only functionality that is <br />required to be delivered under this SOW. <br /> Customer shall have its GIS system conform to the requirements set forth in Attachment J (GIS <br />Requirements) and other GIS specifications provided by Hexagon. <br /> Customer may use any supported third-party mapping provider for GIS information within OnCall <br />Dispatch during this Project (see Attachment J). It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide this. <br /> The mapping subsystem shall be dedicated only to supporting HxGN OnCall Dispatch. <br />System Access Assumptions <br /> Depending upon the Customer’s jurisdiction, additional security guidelines and assumptions are <br />provided in Attachment L. <br /> Customer consents to Hexagon’s inspection and use of Customer’s data and systems, including, <br />but not limited to, log files and databases, for the limited purpose of providing the Services <br />specified herein and any future maintenance or warranty services described within the <br />Agreement. <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 463E937D-8F02-4D22-9EEA-B2B50627D9E0Docusign Envelope ID: DE681D27-7D55-4FB6-8C51-9394D26FBC9E
