Orange County, NC <br /> <br />On-Premise OnCall Dispatch Implementation <br />Statement of Work 5 <br />personnel available on a priority basis, as needed, to provide subject matter expertise to complete <br />this Project. <br /> Customer shall assign appropriately qualified personnel to the Core Teams and ensure they are <br />actively engaged in the Project. <br /> Any work and effort ascribed to Hexagon in a given Task is confined to that specific Task and <br />may not be used for or applied to any other Task. <br /> Customer shall provide Hexagon Project Manager with contact information for a Customer <br />resource to resolve any issues that should arise from Hexagon’s access of Customer’s System <br />during working and non-working hours. <br /> Any Service Request that is set to “NEED MORE INFO” or “RE-TEST” will be automatically <br />closed after ten (10) Business Days if the Customer does not update the SR. <br /> Any workshop having a duration of three (3) Business Days or less shall begin no earlier than <br />Tuesday of the week of that workshop and will conclude that same week. <br /> The Customer shall provide Hexagon with access to all data, documents, plans, reports, <br />diagrams, and analyses reasonably related to the Project or otherwise necessary to facilitate <br />Hexagon’s performance of its Activities. <br /> Unless expressly stated in this SOW, all Documentation, if any, provided by Hexagon under this <br />SOW will be COTS Documentation, and the Documentation will not be customized by Hexagon. <br />All Documentation delivered will be in Hexagon-approved format. Changes to Hexagon-format to <br />accommodate specific Customer requests may be done at Hexagon’s discretion and at an <br />additional cost. <br /> Unless Hexagon and Customer mutually agree otherwise, all Documentation provided by <br />Hexagon will only be provided in electronic format. <br /> Unless otherwise stated in the Task, all Tasks will be conducted remotely. <br /> All Hexagon personnel performing remote Activities will be identified and properly vetted prior to <br />commencement of those remote Activities. <br /> To the extent the Customer requires Hexagon personnel undergo COVID testing prior to <br />performing work at Customer’s facilities, the Customer would be responsible for any such costs, <br />which are not included in the scope and price of this Order. <br /> If the title of a Task includes the name of a Subsystem (e.g., Dispatch), that Task shall be <br />construed as pertaining only to that Subsystem unless expressly stated otherwise. <br />Hardware and Software Assumptions <br /> All Software will be electronically delivered. <br /> All specifications provided with this SOW (Attachments E and F) will assume a traditional on- <br />premises solution (i.e., not a hosted solution), and any change with respect to alternative hosting <br />requires execution of a mutually agreed upon Change Order. <br /> The Customer shall purchase, install, and test all physical hardware, including the client/mobile <br />hardware. <br /> The Customer will ensure its hardware, operating system software, database software, and other <br />third-party products/environments conform with Attachments F.
