• $330,000 - paid media spend for Leisure and Meetings Campaigns <br />o Includes standard 15% commission to Clean for Agency time associated with planning and <br />completing the buy <br />• $232,000 - total Agency fee <br />o The Agency fee was calculated based on a blended rate of $165/hour. Annual hours are 1,406, <br />therefore 117 hours/month. Clean will track hours and provide monthly reports. Unused hours <br />roll over to the next month. The hours will be reconciled at the end of each quarter, and a more <br />formal update will be provided to the Client. Each year, the hours will be reviewed to ensure that <br />the Client and the Agency are making the best use of the resources available.
