Expense Description Amount EMPLOYEE WAGES $48,400 PERSONNEL TRAINING $1,600 Program Services Outline the critical services (activities) the agency will employ to attain the Anticipated Outcomes below, by June 30, 2025. •Operate a sucessful and quality adult day health program in accordance with NC Adult Day Care Standards. •Maintain a competitive private pay rate, as well as have options available for other types of funding including VA, HCCBG, and the county respite program. •Hire and retain competent, skilled staff members, including RN's and CNA's. Anticipated Outcomes The Anticipated Results column must include quantifiable results in the form of number of persons/units served within Orange County, only (all Towns and municipalities). If you use percentages, you must also provide the total number of participants within that measure’s description or for an earlier performance measure.
