Stanback Middle,15-20 at Gravelly Hill Middle,15-20 at Orange <br />Middle,and approximately 15-20 students at an elementary school in Orange <br />County 1 day a week for 2 hours a day, for approximately 8 weeks per semester. <br />Performance Measure: Coordinate with the afterschool managers to develop and <br />keep a check in sheet with students’names. <br />Program Goal #2: Students will demonstrate awareness and naturalist skills. <br />Performance Measure: Counselors will observe students successfully <br />demonstrating awareness and naturalist skills during specific stealth games and <br />guided explorations. <br />Program Goal #3: Students will increase their desire and amount of time spent <br />outside beyond the time in our program. <br />Performance Measure: Counselors will ask all participants if they spent time <br />outside at home or with friends and share stories from those experiences each <br />week. <br />Goal #1 Actual Outcomes 22-23: We provided the program to an average of 16 <br />students at A.L. Stanback, 22 at Gravelly Hill, and 19 at Orange Middle. <br />Goal #2 Actual Outcomes 22-23: An average of 78% of students demonstrated <br />awareness and naturalist skills by the end of the program. <br />Goal #3 Actual Outcomes 22-23: An average of 40% of students increased their <br />time outside by the end of the program. <br />Docusign Envelope ID: F9E3EFAB-16FA-4281-B2B8-12C1DD0C3608
