Please include specific <br />quantitative and qualitative data in your response. <br />What methods/tools will your organization use to evaluate the proposed program’s effectiveness? Please <br />include specific examples, such as a logic model. <br />Please briefly describe how your proposed programs aligns with evidence-based approaches to addressing <br />human service need(s). <br />Please describe one to three key partnerships/collaborations that add the most value to the success of the <br />proposed programs. <br />Goal 1: 93% participation rate. <br />Goal 2: 75% of students who enter at a level indicating no water skills and/or fear <br />of the water will become water safe by advancing at least 2 skill levels. <br />Goal 3: 80% of students who enter at a water safe level will advance at least one <br />level. <br />Goal 1: Retain a 93% participation rate. <br />Goar 2: Continue to push toward a 75% rate. In 2022-2023, we reached 61% <br />achievement and expect to grow toward the 75% goal in 2023-2024, but not yet <br />reach it. <br />Goal 3: Retain the 80% goal of at least one level of advancement.
