A listing of the projects and scope of work is listed below and attached to this <br />proposal. <br /> <br />SCOPE OF WORK: <br />1. Richard E. Whitted Complex: <br />a. Building A Health Department finish updating <br />b. Building B Dental Clinic floor replacement and repaint <br /> <br />Total (Professional & Construction) $230,000 <br /> <br />2. Southern Human Services <br />a. Health Department Suite <br /> <br />Total (Professional & Construction) $62,000 <br />The total project budget for all professional and construction services listed is $292,000.00. <br /> <br />PROGRAMMING/SCHEMATIC DESIGN/DESIGN DEVELOPMENT: <br />Smith Sinnett Architecture will work with and coordinate all members of the design team to evaluate <br />the owner’s requests and begin developing an approach to design and construction of the proposed <br />improvements. During the programming phase, Smith Sinnett will meet with the owner’s designated <br />stakeholders to fine tune the details of the renovations and improvements.
