<br /> <br /> <br />Scope of Work: Central Pines Regional Council <br /> <br />Central Pines Regional Council (CPRC) will update Orange County’s Consolidated Plan by providing the <br />following support. Additional responsibilities may be considered upon development of an amendment, <br />signed, and executed by both parties. <br />1. Project Management <br />a. Organize team meetings with Orange County staff. <br />b. Attend board meetings (if desired). <br />c. Meeting prep and after-action notes. <br />d. Oversee timeline, milestones and deliverables, and assign and monitor tasks. <br /> <br />2. Complete HUD-required sections that include the following: <br />a. Description of the lead agency or entity responsible for the development of the Consolidated <br />Plan. <br />b. Process undertaken to develop the Plan. <br />c. Housing and homeless needs assessment (includes data collection). <br />d. Strategic plan (three- to five- years in length). <br />e. One-year Annual Action Plan. <br />f. Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing <br />g. Public Housing Impact <br /> <br />3. Additional Areas for Support <br />a. Creation of an Evaluation Framework section. May be folded into one of the sections identified <br />in Item 2 but will be more intentional in developing trackable metrics and measuring said <br />metrics. <br />b.
