4307 Emperor Blvd., Suite <br /> 110, Durham NC 27701 <br />www.tjcog.org <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Orange County Consolidated Plan Update <br />Draft Proposal <br />About Us <br />Central Pines Regional Council (CPRC) is a resource and support hub for local governments, community <br />members, and partners across Chatham, Durham, Johnston, Lee, Moore, Orange, and Wake counties. Our <br />work is rooted in the belief that our region thrives when we come together with a common vision and plan for <br />the future. We advance this goal through the support of regional policy, collaboration, and technical assistance. <br />On any given day, CPRC works with our partners to provide support in the following areas: <br /> Aging & Human Services <br /> Community & Economic Development <br /> Environment & Resilience <br /> Housing <br /> Member Support & Strategy <br /> Mobility & Transportation <br />Scope of Work <br />Orange County has requested a proposal from CPRC to update the County’s FY 2025 to 2029 <br />Consolidated Plan. Attachment A – Scope of Work: Central Pines Regional Council includes a more <br />in-depth overview of services to be provided. This proposal can be thought of as a menu of options and <br />can be altered as desired and accepted in partially or in full. <br /> <br />CPRC’s Responsibilities <br />CPRC will serve as the Project Manager for the updated Consolidated Plan, overseeing the timeline, <br />milestones and deliverables, and assigning and monitoring related tasks. CPRC’s responsibilities include the <br />following: <br /> Serve as Project Manager. <br /> Complete drafts and final versions of HUD’s required sections of the Consolidated Plan, in addition to <br />any additional sections assigned by Orange County. <br /> Participate in the development of engagement materials and/or in engagement forums as assigned. <br /> Provide invoicing and progress reports, and attend partner meetings (and board meetings, as <br />requested). <br />Orange County’s Responsibilities <br /> Payment of invoices in a timely manner. <br /> Orange County staff will provide thorough review of submitted materials and offer guidance on where <br />products may need to be altered. <br /> Delegate a representative from the county to serve as CPRC’s point of contact. <br /> Ensure CPRC staff have adequate access to necessary data that is collected internally. <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 24BEDFF2-E524-4F3B-8C0B-ABC5CC5CADBF
