If you use percentages, you must also provide the total number of participants within <br />that measure’s description or for an earlier performance measure. <br />Performance Measures Anticipated <br />Results <br />Site interiors and grounds maintained for safe access, comfort, and security for all <br />visitors. <br />Serve 2,246 <br />annual <br />visitors <br />Maintain and update tour content; train docents and greeters; design customized tours <br />for groups.
