However, we are <br />happy to provide any of these items should they become necessary. <br />•ALTA Survey. <br />•Topographic Survey. <br />•Plot Plan. <br />•Access and/or Utility Easement Survey. <br />•Construction Staking of any kind. <br />•As-built survey of any kind. <br />•Subsurface utility location (SUE). <br />•Exterior elevations. <br />•Cost estimating. <br />•Municipal Fees: Impact Fees, Water/Sewer Frontage Fees, Permit Fees, etc. <br />•Environmental delineations or permitting of any kind (except for S&E). <br />•Any services not specifically listed under Scope of Services. <br />Execution: <br />Weather permitting, Ballentine Associates, PA can begin delivery of line-item No. 2.01 for <br />review within 20 working business days after receipt of a Notice to Proceed (NTP). A working <br />business day is any day, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm only. It does not include <br />weekends or holidays. <br />Should you find this proposal acceptable, please indicate so by signing below and returning a <br />copy to my attention.
