Robert earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting <br />from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, TX, and his Master of Business Administration <br />from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. <br /> <br />David Kleiman <br />Vice President of HR, Legal & Compliance, General Counsel <br />A licensed attorney with over a decade of experience in corporate law, workers’ compensation <br />and benefits compliance, David joined Sunstates Security in 2017 as the <br />Legal, Compliance & Risk Management Director. In 2021 he was promoted <br />to Vice President, General Counsel to reflect his increased scope of <br />responsibility. Dave manages a legal and compliance team responsible for all <br />company and employee licensing, background investigations, and <br />compliance audits, as well as providing legal support for the company. His <br />expertise in contract drafting, HIPAA, data analysis, employee benefits and <br />corporate and legal compliance make him a strong resource and essential member of the <br />Sunstates Security management team. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida <br />State University and a Juris Doctor degree from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago. He is a <br />licensed through the State Bar of Illinois and US District Court fo r the Northern District of <br />Illinois. <br />Kristine Correll <br />Corporate Training Director <br /> <br />A member of the Sunstates Security team since 2018, Kristine initially joined the company as an <br />Operations Manager. In 2019 she was promoted to Corporate Training <br />Manager, and in 2023 advanced to her current position. Kristine is responsible <br />for the administration and efficient daily functioning of the Corporate Training <br />& Safety Department. Primary functions include creating and coordinating <br />new training materials, presenting training sessions to officers and <br />management, and developing customer-specific curriculum and Standard <br />Operating Procedures. Prior to joining the contract security industry Kristine worked in law <br />enforcement in the Raleigh, NC Police Department. Beginning her law enforcement career as a <br />Field Training Officer, she advanced to the role of Master Law Enforcem ent Officer, a role in <br />which she documented investigations, utilized metrics to analyze trends and implement <br />solutions, and interacted in a diverse district addressing high -priority, multi-faceted issues.
