Ryan spends time travelling to all regions of the company to <br />meet with Sunstates team members and clients, with the goal of exceeding <br />customer expectations and developing programs to ensure employees <br />have a positive working environment with ongoing professional growth opportunities. <br /> <br />Ryan has served in a variety of roles within the contract security industry, starting as a security <br />officer and moving through the ranks to become a Regional Manager, and ultimately his current <br />position. Related career security experience includes vertical markets including corporate <br />offices and campuses, financial services, pharmaceutical, healthcare, retail, government, <br />commercial real estate and industrial settings. <br /> <br />Ryan studied Law Enforcement Science at the University of New Haven, in Connecticut.
