Sunstates utilizes a cloud-based integrated payroll, <br />scheduling, and quality assurance platform for creating reports <br />in the field. Managers log in through a customizable smart <br />phone app (eHub) to perform quality assurance checks and <br />officer / site inspections. Our Quality Assurance Program allows <br />Sunstates to manage jobs and connect and manage employees, <br />create, and respond to questions, act based on responses and <br />share results. The quality assurance module is built <br />around "Checkpoints", or question-and-answer lists <br />created to inspect or evaluate job sites and employees <br />to our clients’ satisfaction. The use of the app during <br />the quality assurance process provides a digital record <br />of the review showing a time/date/location <br />confirmation and can include photos of an employee in uniform or something <br />noteworthy at a site location. Deficiencies are created when scores do not meet pre- <br />defined quality standards. Once a Checkpoint is completed, deficiencies can be <br />reviewed and addressed.
