Site <br />visits may be performed by multiple levels of management to include site level, local / <br />regional, and executive leadership. While management team members visiting and <br />frequency of visits may vary from month to month, Sunstates is committed to providing <br />multiple management several times per month by managers vested with responsibility and <br />accountability for specific aspects of our process. <br /> <br />The regular physical presence of these individuals on site creates a network of mid -level and <br />high-level managers with live, working knowledge of your site, your challenges, your <br />priorities, and your expectations. They each bring a different perspective and unique <br />expertise to the table, with the collective goal of establishing a benchmark at your site for <br />incomparable service. <br /> <br />By subjecting each site to the ongoing involvement and scrutiny of an off -site management <br />team, we maximize our capacity to be pro-active with security solutions and innovations, <br />rather than merely reactive. While our site team is focusing on the demands a nd details of <br />daily service, our off-site team is continuously monitoring the operation close-up and from a <br />bird’s eye view, confirming performance as promised while continually re-evaluating and re- <br />assessing our process.
