Site visits may be performed by multiple levels of management to include site level, local / regional, and executive leadership. While management team members visiting and frequency of visits may vary from month to month, Sunstates is committed to providing multiple management several times per month by managers vested with responsibility and accountability for specific aspects of our process. The regular physical presence of these individuals on site creates a network of mid -level and high-level managers with live, working knowledge of your site, your challenges, your priorities, and your expectations.
