Much like the <br />SOLO training program described above, officers will <br />be assigned course modules on the topics of your <br />choosing that include testing at the end which is <br />tracked through the Sunstates Academy online <br />learning system. Due to the flexibility of our system, <br />event-related topics can be integrated into the monthly training. We will work with your <br />management team to pre-determine subjects to include ongoing training but have the flexibility <br />to adapt topics to meet situational requirements. <br /> <br />Web Based E-Learning: Sunstates Academy <br />Sunstates Security’s cutting-edge E-Learning platform allows any Sunstates employee with a <br />live internet connection the ability to login to his or her own personal E - <br />learning portal, anytime, anywhere, and access our library with <br />hundreds of courses designed specifically for security professionals. <br />Course topics range from basic security officer training, to Department of Homeland Security <br />certificate programs, to leadership & development courses for supervisors and managers. And <br />because the Sunstates Academy is secure and customizable, clients can enjoy the peace of mind <br />of knowing that training designed specifically for their facility is assigned only to Sunstates <br />employees who have a need to learn that material. <br /> <br />Supervisory & Management Training <br />At Sunstates Security, we're committed to hiring, developing and retaining a diverse and <br />exceptionally qualified workforce. The Sunstates Leadership Candidate Program is designed to <br />help with professional career growth by developing new skills and behaviors to help employees <br />reach short and long-term goals. Managers can nominate qualified employees for this program <br />and will be an integral part of the learning process.
