Pre-Assignment Training <br />State Mandated Training <br />State-mandated pre-assignment training / certification courses vary across the country in terms <br />of content, number of hours, and how it is presented (i.e., through a certified Sunstates trainer <br />or a state licensed training facility). Pre-assignment training addresses state laws and <br />regulations governing the private security industry and covers essential security fundamentals <br />such as instruction in report writing, communication, deportment, legal issues, emergency <br />response, patrol techniques and more.
