These incentives have proven highly effective at motivating our <br />employees at all levels to stay with our company and excel in their duties. <br /> <br /> Sunstates Employee Appreciation Program <br />Understanding that our employees are what drive <br />our success and set us apart from our <br />competition, Sunstates recently rolled out an <br />Employee Appreciation program to recognize <br />security team members for hard work, dedication, <br />and professionalism. During site visits, Sunstates <br />Managers will pass out appreciation cards <br />recognizing officers for a job well done. The cards <br />can be accrued and redeemed for Sunstates logo <br />items. Most importantly, the Employee <br />Appreciation Program provides positive <br />reinforcement for good performance, reminds <br />officers of the difference they make, and lets <br />them know that they are valued and respected as <br />a part of the Sunstates Security team. <br /> <br /> Employee and New Business Referral Bonuses <br />Employees who have referred candidates to Sunstates for employment will receive <br />$200.00 dollars for each part-time employee referred and $400.00 for each full-time <br />employee referred following successful completion of 90 days of employment. Hourly <br />employees referring a qualified new business lead that leads to a sale will receive a one- <br />time bonus following the first 30 days of service equivalent to $1.00 for each hour per <br />week of the new account. <br /> <br /> Employee of the Month Award <br />Outstanding employees are nominated by their immediate supervisor or manager on a <br />monthly basis for extraordinary performance. The selected recipient each month receives <br />a monetary award as well as recognition in the company newsletter with a photograph <br />and documentation of his or her achievement. <br /> <br /> Education Reimbursement <br />We offer and encourage our people to take advantage of educational opportunities, tools <br />and resources that are essential for professional growth and development. <br />Sunstates offers employees reimbursement for higher education learning up to $1,000 <br />dollars per year for pre-approved and successfully completed course work.
