Unless otherwise specified, holidays are invoiced <br />as they occur at 1.5 times the normal rate. <br /> <br />▪ Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit or Pay Cards <br />Sunstates employees enjoy convenient weekly access to their paychecks through direct deposit <br />or Visa pay cards to assure immediate access to their earned compensation without delay. <br /> <br />▪ Employee Assistance Program <br />Sunstates Security understands that stress caused by work, personal or financial problems can <br />have a profound effect on the health, happiness and productivity of our employees. Sunstates is <br />proud to offer an employee assistance service that provides an outlet to discuss work or <br />personal issues and provide short term counseling at no cost to the employee. Employees may <br />contact a qualified counselor 24/7 to assist with any type of individual or family problems, <br />including financial issues, marital counseling, childcare or dependent counseling issues, <br />substance abuse issues within the family, or any other type of problem that is causing a negative <br />impact on their health and/ or quality of life. <br /> <br /> <br />▪ Credit Union Enrollment <br />Sunstates Security offers employees an additional financial benefit through an optional <br />membership with Allegacy Credit Union.
