<br /> <br /> <br />Confidential <br />Prepared for Orange County North Carolina <br />Dental Insurance Program: <br />Site Supervisors / Managers have access to dental insurance through Lincoln Financial Group. <br />This voluntary PPO plan covers preventative visits at 100% and other services at varying <br />percentages after meeting the deductible. <br /> <br />Vision Benefits Program <br />Site Supervisors / Managers have access to vision benefits through Blue Cross Blue Shield. The <br />program is provided through a nationwide network and provides coverage for examinations, <br />lenses, frames. <br /> <br />Other Benefits <br /> <br />▪ 401K Plan with Employer Match <br />Sunstates is proud to offer the Sunstates Security Retirement Savings Plan in partnership with <br />Empower. The company’s 401k plan allows <br />employees to save money for retirement on a <br />pre-taxed basis. As an incentive for saving and <br />to reward those who participate, Sunstates <br />Security offers an employer matching <br />contribution of 25% ($0.25 for every $1.00 <br />invested), up to 8% of their pay. The <br />enrollment process is simple, and employees <br />have the option to enroll bi-annually. <br />Employees are eligible to participate in the plan after the completion of six months of service <br />with the company and at least 500 hours worked. <br /> <br />▪ Life Insurance & Short-term Disability Insurance <br />Employees are provided term Life and AD&D insurance coverage at no cost to the employee. <br />Amount of coverage is based upon employee tenure and provides $5000 coverage for <br />employees with less than five years of employment, and $10,000 for employees with over five <br />years of employment. This is a term policy which does include a benefit step down after age 65. <br /> <br />▪ Paid Vacation & Bereavement Leave <br />Full-time employees earn one-week paid vacation after the first year of employment and up to <br />three weeks paid vacation after five years of employment.
