We prefer to retain account expertise and continuity wherever possible, and quality incumbent personnel can be instrumental during a transition. Current Sunstates Employees We regularly transfer or promote existing employees for open positions at new accounts. We like to maintain a balanced ratio of new and experienced officers, so newer team members always have access to the guidance and direction of seasoned staff members.
