<br />In addition to being the lead consultants on development of the
<br />ASTM protocol for single stream recyclables composition
<br />studies, KCI recently served on a NWRA committee that
<br />developed a white paper on an appropriate methodology for
<br />conducting RCSs.
<br />Having conducted over 190 characterization studies, KCI is a national leader not only in conducting
<br />these studies but also in utilizing the results to bring about programmatic changes. Our expertise
<br />extends across local governments, public sector buildings, hospitals, theme parks, public festivals,
<br />airports, and various private businesses, implementing solutions that are directly aligned with the
<br />strategic objectives, such as those detailed in the County's recently completed master plan.
<br />In the last five years alone, KCI has completed over 40 projects throughout the country. Each project
<br />has played a crucial role in evaluating and enhancing recycling and solid waste programs, impacting
<br />infrastructure, contractual agreements, and outreach and education efforts. Below is a list that
