<br /> <br />Orange County WCS KCI Proposal <br />13 <br />Description of Deliverables <br />KCI will provide all deliverables in a timely manner according to the final scope of work approved by the <br />County. Provided below is a description of all deliverables and anticipated delivery dates based on the <br />proposed project schedule provided in Section 1. <br /> <br />Deliverable Anticipated Delivery Dates <br />Virtual Project Kickoff Meeting with County staff June 2024* <br />Information Request to County for relevant information <br />needed to prepare a sampling schedule and protocol <br />June 2024* <br />Draft Study Protocol that includes sampling and sorting <br />schedule, methodology for collecting and sorting samples, <br />and list of defined material categories <br />July 2024 <br />Draft Health and Safety Plan outlining safety practices to <br />be followed during all fieldwork <br />July 2024 <br />Final Study Protocol and Health and Safety Plan based on <br />input from County staff <br />August 2024 <br />Up to 3 Coordination Calls with County staff to prepare <br />for the sampling and sorting event <br />June-August 2024 <br />5-day Sampling and Sorting Event during which 45-50 <br />MSW samples weighing at least 200 pounds each will be <br />sorted into defined material categories, and resulting data <br />recorded <br />September or October 2024 <br />Draft Report providing the methodology, results, and <br />conclusions of the WCS, including MSW composition by <br />generator sector and jurisdiction and comparison to the <br />2016/2017 WCS results <br />Within 60 days following completion of <br />fieldwork <br />Final Report based on input from County staff 2 weeks following comments received <br />from the County <br />*May be sooner depending on when notice to proceed is received. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />3 SECTION Docusign Envelope ID: 1223AA0B-DDEC-4EBE-8FEA-427010558A5C
