Sonark Sponsorship AgreementPage 10 of 10 <br />EXHIBIT 1 <br /> <br />Programming Footprint <br />Sonark Sessions: Live from the Barn <br />Season One <br /> <br /> <br />Starting August 1st, 2024, PBS North Carolina will use the following weekly footprint (Thursday to <br />Thursday) for the first run of Sonark Sessions: Live From the Barn season one. <br /> <br />On PBS NC (across the state of North Carolina) Thursdays at <br />9:30pm <br />Fridays at 3:30am Saturdays <br />at 11:00pm Mondays at <br />4:30am <br /> <br />On The North Carolina Channel (across the state of North Carolina) <br />Saturdays at 8pm <br />Sundays at 4:30am <br />Thursdays at 12:00am <br /> <br />With an 11 week schedule for season one, we estimate the footprint will conclude on October, 17, <br />2024. <br /> <br />Please note the schedule is subject to change at this point, and Sonark Sessions will be preempted on <br />August 22nd due to the Democratic National Convention. However, we plan on airing episode 101 in <br />the subsequent slots that week and will debut episode 104 on August 29th. <br /> <br />If there is a need to interrupt our regularly scheduled programs during this +me we will do our best to <br />rebroadcast the effected episode at a later date to make up for this interruption.
