Sponsor’s Obligations <br /> <br />Sponsor shall: <br /> <br />20.1 Pay to Sonark the Sponsorship Fees pursuant to Schedule 2. <br /> <br />20.2 Deliver the Sponsor Content, including the Sponsor Marks, to Sonark reasonably prior to the <br />commencement of the Sponsorship Term, including all updates to the Sponsor Content as created or <br />requested by Sponsor from time to time. <br /> <br />21 2.
