Clarifications <br />1.Siemens is to be supplied with original design drawings at no cost in electronic AutoCAD format. Submittal <br />work to be scheduled after receipt of the AutoCAD files. <br />2.This proposal assumes the work will be completed in one phase that will not extend longer than twelve <br />(12) months. If the project is broken up into multiple phases or extends longer than eighteen (18) months, <br />Siemens may require a change order for additional project staging and escalation. <br />3.Customer will need to allow Siemens complete access to the property for the duration of the project. <br />4.All scheduling and phasing will need to have the customer's input and will require the Owner's <br />cooperation to complete during the allotted time. <br />5.Submittals may take between 4-6 weeks for approval through the Fire Department. <br />6.All work to be performed during normal working hours of Monday thru Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm. <br />7.This price is firm for 15 days from the date of this proposal. <br />8.The proposal excludes all applicable taxes to include, sales tax. Sales tax will be included on the <br />invoice unless Siemens receives a completed NCDOR E589CI (North Carolina Affidavit of Capital <br />Expenditures).We have included an NCDOR E589CI form with this proposal for your convenience. <br />Inclusions <br />1.Control Panel, Annunciator, and NAC power supply terminations. <br />2.Installation of all fire alarm equipment & cable. <br />3.One fire marshal inspection of fire alarm system is included in this agreement. <br />a.Customer must provide a minimum of 1-weeks' notice before fire marshal inspection for proper <br />allocation of labor. <br />b.Any return fire marshal inspection trips required, due to no fault of Siemens, will be in addition to <br />this agreement. <br />4.Provide duct smoke detectors on air handling units/roof top units greater than 2000CFM, installed by <br />mechanical contractor. <br />5.Provide duct smoke detectors for fire smoke dampers per the mechanical drawings.
