However, the use of sod may be required <br />based on the time of year and the importance of having grass <br />reestablished. <br />7. Detention Center Shelter <br />a. The orientation and location of the bus shelter, concrete pad and <br />bicycle rack concrete pad will be revised. The bus shelter and <br />concrete pad will be positioned on the opposite side of the proposed <br />concrete sidewalk. The opening of the shelter shall face north. The <br />proposed bicycle concrete pad will be relocated from the northwest <br />corner to the southwest corner of the island (so it is on the same side <br />as the bus shelter). <br />b. Contractor to relocate the bus stop sign to the northeast corner of <br />the existing concrete sidewalk adjacent to the roadway and <br />crosswalk. The bus stop sign will face the direction of the bus route. <br />c. Contractor to grade the grass area around the bus shelter concrete <br />pad and the proposed sidewalk. Contractor to increase the limit of <br />disturbance, as needed, to achieve a maximum 3:1 slope and tie into <br />the existing grades.
