All General, <br />Supplementary, and Special Conditions, etc., as originally specified or as modified below shall apply to <br />these items. <br /> <br /> <br />Questions and Answers: <br /> <br />1. We are looking at the Addition of 3 Bus Shelters project for Orange County and would like <br />to ask if this project will be permitted through the County or through the Town of <br />Hillsborough? <br /> <br />Answer: All building permits for Orange County and the Town of Hillsborough are issued by the <br />Orange County Planning and Inspections Department. A separate permit will be required for <br />each. <br />2. Are the aluminum railings included with the pre-purchased bus shelter materials <br />packages? <br /> <br />Answer: The bus shelter is a complete package with all bus shelter components <br />included. <br /> <br />3. Is a Bid Bond required? <br /> <br />Answer: No, a bid bond is not required for this project. <br /> <br />4.
