Provides staff work direction, <br /> orders food and supplies,oversees meal <br /> preparation, develops schedules, and <br /> completes other duties, as assigned. Reports <br /> to Lieutenant. <br /> 4 4 Jail Cook • Jail Cooks work 8-hour schedules with staff <br /> beginning at 4 a.m. Prepare 2 hot and 1 cold <br /> meal daily for detainees consistent with <br /> State Standards. Maintains kitchen <br /> cleanliness. Performs other duties, as <br /> assigned. <br /> Medical Cont. Cont. Nursing Staff • Operates 6am-6pm providing detainee <br /> (Contracted) medical examination and a variety of support <br /> services including medical passes of <br /> prescriptions with escorted DO. <br /> Housing Unit Overview <br /> The OCDC facility is equipped with eight housing units with various modular designs <br /> situated in a spoke-wheel layout with a central Control Tower. The 144-bed facility was <br /> recently constructed and opened in 2022 with housing facilities modernized to today's <br /> standards including common day-room area, secured outdoor recreation area for each <br /> pod, and a variety of security features to help facilitate the health and welfare of detainees <br /> in custody. <br /> The following table summarizes the bed allocation by housing unit. <br /> Matrix Consulting Group 66 <br />
